Tuesday 6th

Today we decided to do the Hop-On Hop-Off bus again and visit Gastown, the Aquarium and Elizabeth Bay Beach.

Gastown was the first stop as we hadn't really had a good look and I wanted to buy a souvenir number plate for the caravan that I saw yesterday. Gastown has a bit of history but nothing amazing in the area, a few statues, the clock and souvenir shops.

The number plate for the van, I thought it was fitting.

We then ended up at the aquarium in Stanley park, it was ok.

We jumped back on the bus and headed to Elizabeth Bay beach, we have it sooo good in Australia with our sandy beaches, they get to sit on driftwood logs on a shell encrusted beach.

We had lunch in a local restaurant and Chris had the obituary Bellini as it was "Bellini Tuesday", lunch was nice.

Across from the beach they have these weird figures, all smiling, it is supposed to represent a happy place, there are about 12 of these cast statues.

It was then back on the bus back to the hotel.
