Starting in Victoria, then on the Coral Princess through the inside passage to Glacier Bay and onto Anchorage. The road trip to Fairbanks was amazing. Back to Vancouver for a week then our road trip through the Canadian Rocky's, finishing in Calgary. It was then onto an amazing week in New York. We then ventured to Orlando where we took in the sights of Disneyland. It was while we where in Orlando that we first heard of Hurricane Matthew and that its projected path could interfere with our criuse on Carnival Victory.
The cruise went ahead with a slight change to the order of the port visits and finally cut short by a day due to the course Matthew was projected to take up the Florida coast. Being unable to venture down the coast to Fort Lauderdale due to the Hurricane we changed our plans and flew to Las Vegas where we spent five days and an incredible flight to the Grand Canyon.
To finish off our trip we spent the last three days exploring San Francisco.
The trip home was three flights, finally arriving in Coffs Harbour to be met by Cindy and Max.
